I’m BACK after a short break! Did you miss me?
Join me in a little experiment for the start of 2015. Make your life better with one little change in your routine — or at least, different: Pick 1 new, good thing – anything.
First determine what “good” means to you. This might take a few seconds, or the rest of 2015.
If you have a hard time picking something, make a list of things you wish you could do for yourself, good thoughts you’d like to think more often, or good actions, or good deeds. It must be something you do for yourself, though, not for someone else – at least not intentionally for someone else.
Keep it secret.
Do this new thing each day.
